Terms of Service
Review draft for the iStudyCloud platform and marketplace.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
The seller of each platform product is the verified Korean company, 아이스터디클라우드 주식회사, or the Canadian company, ISTUDYCLOUD INC., identified for that product before purchase. Marketplace content and agent rentals are sold by the registered third-party seller shown for that item. Language, buyer location, and currency alone do not change the seller.
2. Service availability and changes
The available features and access conditions are shown in the product. Changes to a paid feature remain subject to the purchased entitlement and any mandatory consumer rights.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Tell support promptly about unauthorized access. Do not transfer, sell, or create accounts with false information.
4. Acceptable use
Do not violate law or another person's rights; upload harmful code; interfere with access controls or another user's content; distribute illegal or infringing material; or place excessive automated load on the service.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Platform access passes run for one month, are paid in advance, and require a separate renewal action; they do not renew automatically. Before payment, the checkout must show the product seller, term, price, currency, and available payment method. Energy packs provide a stated usage balance; the product screen shows its scope.
6. Marketplace sellers
Marketplace content and agent rentals identify their actual seller and the price, access period, and cancellation conditions before payment. For a Korean seller the Korean platform company operates the current collection and settlement path; for a seller outside Korea the existing Stripe Connect seller path applies where supported. A third-party seller is not replaced by a platform company.
7. Your content and license to us
Your content remains yours. You grant only the permissions needed to host, transmit, and show it to you and your chosen collaborators as part of the service. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. AI features and output
AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before use. Prompts and selected context may be sent to the chosen model provider as described in the Privacy Policy; this draft makes no separate retention or training promise.
9. Intellectual property
The service, its software, and its branding remain the property of their respective owners and licensors. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Mandatory consumer remedies and liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude remain intact. Any additional warranty disclaimer or liability cap requires legal review before final publication.
11. Termination
You may request account closure through the available account controls or support. Access may be suspended for a material rule violation, security risk, or legal requirement, subject to applicable rights and notice duties.
12. Changes, governing law, and disputes
The approved terms will identify the effective date, how material changes are notified, the applicable contract language, and the law and forum for each contracting party. This draft does not assign an exclusive court or override mandatory local consumer law.
